Nestor and Adrian Lasso are the third generation on Finca El Diviso, above Pitalito in Huila. Their grandfather José Uribe planted it; the brothers turned it toward specialty coffee, with the processing experiments the farm is now known for.
Pink Bourbon, washed. Raspberry and blood orange, a tea-like clarity, sweetness that stays structured. Roasted medium-light as an omni: bright as filter, crisp as espresso.
