Where we ship

We ship across Indonesia from our roastery in BSD City. We don't ship outside Indonesia yet.

When your order leaves us

  • Coffees in stock leave within 2 working days of your order.
  • Exotic varieties come in small lots, so we roast them to order: yours is roasted on our next roast day and leaves within 5 working days of your order.

Working days are Monday to Friday, except Indonesian public holidays. When your order is on its way, we email you its tracking number.

Delivery

Every order goes by tracked courier. The delivery cost is shown at checkout, before you pay. Once it has left us, an order usually arrives within 1 to 3 working days in Jabodetabek, 2 to 4 elsewhere in Java, and 3 to 7 across the rest of Indonesia. These are the courier's estimates, not times we can guarantee.

Pickup at the café

Choose Pickup at checkout and collect your order from Salésol, Ruko The Loop Mozia, Blok D.02, BSD City. Pickup is free. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours, and we email you when yours is; Exotic varieties are ready once they've been roasted.

We're open Monday 10.00–19.00, Tuesday to Thursday 09.00–20.00, Friday 09.00–21.00, and Saturday and Sunday 07.30–21.00.

Give it a week

We send coffee out fresh. Freshly roasted coffee is still releasing carbon dioxide, and brewed too early it tastes muted and uneven. Give it at least 7 days from roasting before you brew it. After that it changes from one day to the next, and following it through the bag is part of the pleasure.

Addresses and returned parcels

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or nobody could receive it, we'll send it again; the second delivery is charged at the courier's rate.

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, our refund policy covers it: we'll replace it or refund it.
