Who we are

salesolcoffee.com is run by PT Salesol Grup Indonesia ("Salésol", "we", "us"), a coffee roastery and café at Ruko The Loop Mozia, Blok D.02, BSD City, Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten 15339, Indonesia. These terms apply when you use this site or buy from it. By placing an order you agree to them, together with our shipping policy, refund policy and privacy policy.

Our coffee

We sell whole-bean coffee, roasted in BSD City. Coffee is a natural product: each lot, and each roast, is a little different. Tasting notes, origins, process details and brew recipes are given in good faith as a guide, not a guarantee. Photographs show each coffee and its bag as closely as we can, but packaging can change.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you to confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, if a coffee is no longer available, if a price was shown in error, or if we suspect fraud; if we do, we refund anything you've paid in full.

Exotic varieties are roasted to order in small lots. If a lot runs out before we roast your order, we'll tell you and refund it, or offer you another coffee if you'd prefer.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indonesian rupiah (IDR) and are shown before tax. Any tax that applies, and the cost of delivery, are added at checkout before you pay. Payment is handled at checkout by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

Delivery, pickup and refunds

How and when we deliver is set out in our shipping policy. What happens if something goes wrong is set out in our refund policy.

Accounts

You can buy with or without an account. If you create one, keep your sign-in details to yourself; you're responsible for what's done with them.

Using this site

Please use the site only for lawful purposes. Don't try to disrupt it, reach parts of it that aren't meant for you, or copy it at scale. We may update, change or pause any part of the site at any time.

Our content

The Salésol name and logogram, and the site's text, photographs, maps, illustrations and recipes, belong to us or to those who license them to us. You're welcome to share links and to brew our recipes; please don't copy or republish our content for commercial use without asking us first.

Other services

Checkout, payments, couriers, maps and messaging are provided by third parties, and their own terms apply to them. Links to other sites are there for convenience; we're not responsible for what they contain.

Liability

We take care to describe our coffee accurately and to deliver it well. As far as Indonesian law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indonesian law, including Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows when. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If something goes wrong, please contact us first; most things can be settled in a conversation. If we can't resolve it together, the dispute will be settled by the competent courts of Indonesia.
